Multi-Stakeholders’ Forum and Oath-Taking of CCIS Alumni Officers on the CISCon 2022

CISCon 2022 conducts its first Multi-Stakeholders’ Forum and Oath-Taking of CCIS Alumni Officers, graced by Butuan City Councilor, Hon. Cherry May G. Busa. Hon Busa presents a video “𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗔 𝗔𝗡𝗚 𝗟𝗔𝗚𝗦𝗜𝗞 𝗡𝗚𝗔 𝗗𝗔𝗞𝗕𝗔𝗬𝗔𝗡?" (Video Source: The video presents the current and future plans of an urbanized City, spreading its development in the rural areas. She ended her talk with the quote "Dili pwede ang kalambuan sa pipila lamang. Tanan apil sa kalambuan, walay mabiyaan".

Dr. Rolyn Daguil, CCIS Dean concluded that the forum is timely and is aligned with the current and future computing research, extension, and production of different RDI Centers of the CCIS to the goals and plans of the City Government of Butuan. More so, recent research and development of the RDI Centers include; (1) Design and Development of Intelligent Traffic Control and Management System; (2) Real Property Management, Mapping, and Visualization; and (3) Geographic Information System for Agricultural and Fisheries Machinery and Infrastructure.

This in-person event was held at the HERO Learning Commons Auditorium of Caraga State University. It was participated in by the different CCIS RDI Center Heads, Heads of CSU Offices, Directors, Professors, Faculty, Partner Agencies, Key stakeholders, new alumni officers, and volunteer students from the CCIS.
